I decided to create Hawton Property back in April 2019 to create an alternative stay experience than that of a hotel.
When you visit somewhere with your family, or on Business, it is nice to come back to a home away from home after a long day of either sight seeing or working. Somewhere comfortable where you can put your feet up and relax, somewhere with space that you wouldn’t otherwise get at a hotel.

Our apartments all come with comfortable seating, 43″ Flat Screen TV and Super Fast Wi-Fi (avg. 40mbps). We also include Netflix as standard so there is always something to watch for both Children and Adults.
All our apartment beds come with orthopaedic mattresses to ensure you get the best night sleep possible. The mattress prevents the body from sinking and curling when you sleep, promoting a better posture. With the lack of stress and strain on your spine you will have more energy the following day.

Due to the on going situation in the world, we currently have a flexible free cancellation policy of 14 days. However, should you be affected by COVID-19 and can prove that it has made you and your party unable to attend we will move your booking to a date that would benefit you absolutely free.
Unfortunately, due to the policies in place in our apartment buildings, pets of any kind are not allowed.
As we provide our accommodation at some of the best rates in the business, any stay less than 14 days will incur a one off £50 House Cleaning charge. This means that our apartments are always kept in excellent condition for when you visit.
Yes. All the beds in our apartments are prepared with fresh bed linen prior to your arrival. Each person will also have there very own Hand & Bath Towel.
Yes. Our apartments come with secure garage parking enough for 1 family sized vehicle. Should you have any more vehicles, there is parking available nearby at a small cost.
Yes. Our apartments are fitted with a ‘Keyless’ entry system. You will be provided with the check-in instructions on your day of arrival which will include the door code to the property.
Our kitchens are fully equipped with all the accessories you would find in any home. A Microwave, Toaster & Kettle, Fridge/Freezer, Washer & Dryer (or Clothes Horse), Oven and Hobs. There are different sized pots and pans along with oven proof trays and utensils to match.
The apartment has enough cutlery, tableware and glasses for 6 guests.
We also include Coffee, Tea and Sugar as standard.
